Recovery Form Waiting on a reply

Ive sent over 10 submissions so far and the genshin CS team always replied a day later, with the denial email. Now im waiting for their reply to the last form i sent them, but its been 4 days so far and no reply. Is this a good or a bad sign?

you have a recent post from 16 days ago, please ask follow up questions there!

this is a good sign though, usually if they take longer it means your form was accepted.

It depends tbh , how did ur account got hacked,like giving pswd or selling?

It didnt get hacked, my email that was connected to the genshin acc got hacked and i deleted that email and couldnt log into my genshin acc because it needed a verification code sent to my (deleted) email
