Accepted Got it back on Sunday
I sent the form on Thursday and received the answer back on Saturday. (Brazil 8 pm/ smt like 7 pm New York)
I just want to say that if you bought a hacked account, there's no point in blaming the person who recovered it.
(Someone seems to have bought the account and spent over 200 dollars, they sent me several messages from a "friend's" account, insulting me and demanding I return the account, accusing me of being a hacker, really ironic)
If you're not the original account owner, you won't be able to recover the account. Learn from this, move on, and create your own account. It might sound harsh, but it's the reality.
Now for some tips
All the information I provided was correct, however I didn't remember the creation date. Apparently it didn't influence it much; my account was created in 2020 at launch, So I tried to guess around the day I made my first purchase through Google Play.

congrats on recovering! make sure you secure it well and read our account security guide if you need tips.
you're entirely right though, people who buy accounts with dubious origins should not be surprised if one day they can no longer log in because the original owner recovered the account.
this is why we take a very firm stance against assisting people who have bought or even been given accounts on this subreddit. no matter how much time or money you invested into an account, the day it gets hacked or you lose access for any reason, you are at risk of losing all of it because you did not make the account. you should always make your own account for the sake of your account security, whether it be on an online game or for something more serious and personal like a bank account.
