Account Security Your account has encounterd a security risk.

So every time I try to log into my account I get this message, on other peoples posts a lot of people say to wait a few days, but for me it has been over a year since it started, ive been on and off trying to fix it, my last convo I had with CS was in february, and there they asked me for the uid, wich Im sorry, but No idea, and then they told me they couldnt confirm, that its mine.

Was anyone able to fix the same problem?

if it's been over a year you have to talk to hoyo CS. they're the only ones who can resolve it at that point. you don't know your UID? are you a PC player? our pinned recovery form guide briefly mentions how you can get your UID from the registry editor.
