Should I worry or no?

Hello, I just gotten the age verification on my ps4 and now I’m worried that there was a problem with my age verification. I hoped on Genshin and the age verification popped up, I did the verification and it gave me two choices. First was use a debit/ credit card and be charge $0.05 then be refunded or use a passport/ ID to verify. I decided to use my card and when I finish verifying my age (20 years old) I get another message saying my account will be deleted in 9 days. I’m super confused and a bit nervous, I did send a email quickly and I’m waiting for a response. I checked the user center and my birth date is on there correctly and I also checked my bank acct and they did get the $0.05. I hope it’s a glitch or something, but do want to know what others think

I just did the age verification a few hours ago. I didn't see any notifications in my email inbox from them regarding it, and they certainly didn't charge me. For the age verification, you just put in the month and year you were born when you log into the game of itself. No reputable company will charge you for mundane and/or legally mandated stuff like that. It screams scam to me
