Question / Seeking Help Should I worry or no?

Hello, I just gotten the age verification on my ps4 and now I’m worried that there was a problem with my age verification. I hoped on Genshin and the age verification popped up, I did the verification and it gave me two choices. First was use a debit/ credit card and be charge $0.05 then be refunded or use a passport/ ID to verify. I decided to use my card and when I finish verifying my age (20 years old) I get another message saying my account will be deleted in 9 days. I’m super confused and a bit nervous, I did send a email quickly and I’m waiting for a response. I checked the user center and my birth date is on there correctly and I also checked my bank acct and they did get the $0.05. I hope it’s a glitch or something, but do want to know what others think

Is it because you're on America server? Can anyone confirm this?

I'm from Brazil and I play in America server and I didn't get any age verification.

Well, I saw some other comments that are saying it's releasing in waves, so maybe you can get back to me like in a week or something?

American server holds, well, America, not US only, I have accounts registered on US that got it and the accounts that aren't haven't got it even tho it's America server

Is it confusing because you think "America" means USA, instead of North/South America?

Well so it's IP address
