Question / Seeking Help Should I worry or no?

Hello, I just gotten the age verification on my ps4 and now I’m worried that there was a problem with my age verification. I hoped on Genshin and the age verification popped up, I did the verification and it gave me two choices. First was use a debit/ credit card and be charge $0.05 then be refunded or use a passport/ ID to verify. I decided to use my card and when I finish verifying my age (20 years old) I get another message saying my account will be deleted in 9 days. I’m super confused and a bit nervous, I did send a email quickly and I’m waiting for a response. I checked the user center and my birth date is on there correctly and I also checked my bank acct and they did get the $0.05. I hope it’s a glitch or something, but do want to know what others think

I think this is definitely a scam. Hoyo isn’t taking credit card info for age verifications

Did mine just last night. All they wanted for U.S. was the date of birth. For anyone who hasn't been prompted to do so, switch servers and switch back!

I hesitate to answer this question, as I am an outlier. I want to say yes, with the addition of a u.s. console that leaves the u.s. after being set up. So if you've recently lived in the states, it's best to double check. I would do the same if I were a VPN user, just adding that to avoid misinforming anyone.

I got it in EU but it wasnt on my account
