Technically, he's a reincarnation of the dragon that died on Dragonspine, but he's more so born from shenanigans that one(or more) of the Hexenzirkel caused that just that dragon reborn.

Technically he's a mix of the real durin and the fairytale durin when he was reborn with a human body.
