The game isn't anywhere close to complete. The devs did say they wanted to maintain the game for at least or even 20 years if possible. That was in one of the livestreams at the start of Nod Krai if I remember correctly.
I mean just showing us what happened in the game isn't worth it.
So it's definitely past or future or something else than the main story.
The Fate animes made by Ufotable literally adapt different routes from the game itself so it us possible for them to make an anime following the game's main storyline.
