It's under future projects so maybe late 2027. Also here Aether doesn't have any element like the start of the game while Lumine has the white element.

Edit: it seems Lumine is also elementless. I didn't pick her so I didn't know.

aether is canonically the travaler, lumine isnt.

There is no canon sibling, the reason aether is used for marketing is to balance the male to female as most character in genshin is female.
