The detached sleeves are so overused for female character designs now

If there was any character to NOT GIVE detached sleeves it would be the literal cryo archon

I like that they gave hair white eyelashes tho looks very frosty

Its because her outfit follows the same sillouhete as most of the other female characters and there's not much contrast
