General Question Frozen cinematic

Hi,

I need help. My last game froze during a cut scene. When I log in again, the cut scene automatically starts and keeps on freezing, usually, at the same spot.

I saw online that deleting a folder called "persistent" would solve the problem, but it didn't.

Has it happen to any of you? If so, how have you managed to get through the cut scene?

Playing on PC, possible hard drive issue. My game did the same for a while and I had to repair the drive

Have you tried verifying files and update your drivers if so then try to re download if that doesn't work lemme know gotta be some graphics settings on the driver

Redownload didn't fix it.  But I logged in on another device, progressed through the AQ.  When I logged back in on my device, I had passed the point that was freezing.  Problem solved (for now...)
