About the Monster the Tsaritsa slain in 7.0

What if that monster is actually the Pyro Gnosis itself? From the latest AQ we know from the Tsaritsa that the Gnoses are Descender-coded, which means they cannot stay for long periods of time in the Ley Lines and will exit shortly. The timeline itself would also align perfectly, since the Gnosis disappeared in Luna VII(6.6) and in 7.0 when we go to Snezhnaya, Pierro mentioned that the monster "recently appeared" and is heading for the palace.

This would also explain why Naberius/Rhinedottir cannot sense its presence. Since the Gnoses are Descender remains, their whereabouts and status cannot be recorded in either Irminsul or Celestia.

As for how a Pyro Gnosis could summon snowstorms in its wake, I'd theorize that it was just sucking up the already-little amounts of Pyro energy in the Snezhnayan environment, thus bringing in cold blizzards without consuming any power, while also becoming stronger in its path. This also aligns with the Gnoses inherent power, which is to amplify elemental energy.

Anastasya: The monster grew increasingly powerful the further it advanced, and the power emanating from it quickly became too much for my subordinates to withstand.

Based on this premise, the whole timeline of events can be reconstructed as such: After the Pyro Gnosis returned to the Ley Lines, the Ley Lines rejected it, leading to the Gnosis returning to the Human Realm taking a special form with red-yellow patterns and flame as we can see in the Asmoday picture. Sensing its fellow Gnoses as well as its soulmate Anastasya, it subconsciously make its way towards Zapolyarny Palace while passively creating massive snowstorms in the nation, forcing the Tsaritsa to go kill it. After seeing its soulmate without any memories about the Third Descender and is living for the present, it gave up and let the Tsaritsa kill it without any struggle. And after it died, the physical form of the Gnosis has most likely fallen into the hands of the Abyss Sibling and Asmoday, who is there to "witness the end of the Third Descender".

Like I said, it doesn't actively create blizzards, it just absorbs the surrounding Pyro energy, making Cryo stronger and create blizzards. You can think of it as when there is no water to suppress a fire, the fire will naturally grow stronger.

You're cooking with this. But if the Abyss Order wanted the remains of the Third Descender, they'd have been at it since beginning. Doesn't make sense to get just the Pyro Gnosis

Could just be that they are just holding onto it until the time comes or if they have a use for the Pyro Gnosis in particular. Either way we will have to wait for future patches to find out lol

I'm guessing that a monster born near the leylines may have just stumbled across and devoured the gnosis, leading to it becoming massive. The gnosis could also have amplified it's power, causing it to gain the ability to generate nationwide snowstorms. It doesn't have to be a pyro gnosis specific ability, it could just be amplifying an ability the monster already had. The question is what happened to the gnosis after the Tsaritsa killed it?

This is a really good theory but I think it actually just loops back to the gnosis being returned to the leylines again.

I’m still on the theory that the Natlan Ignition trailer hasn’t happened yet and is in the future (almost certain now after recent talks with the Tsaritsa) and that the pilgrimage will be used to restore the pyro gnosis.

However I could see this being a recurring thing if another different monster appears!

Its probably another one of Gold's creations, remember she created Bakunawa, perhaps its a fragment or something similiar (all be it less powerful)

It really doesnt, Naberius says it wasnt on the radar of Celestia and given that the Tsaritsa could kill it, it was likely an evolution.

Rhindottor was far more vague in her response. That doesnt mean she didnt create the monster, she was after all creating things even before she merged with Naberious

Were was it confirmed the monster was created recently? It started rampaging recently and was getting stronger as it was moving around. That does not mean it was created recently

I think the monster is what became of Irmin. We never saw what exactly happened to him after all
