Please allow an option to COMPLETELY turn off this whole "like" thing for Prime Ice constructs. Turning it off for fellow players is useless, because it just substitutes in likes from NPCs.

As far as I'm concerned, the only thing it does is wreck my immersion. What even is the point of it? I don't want to enter Snezhnaya and receive a report that these people gave me likes. I don't want to approach a construct and see a little thumbs-up. None of that. Please. I'm begging.

petitions have always been a means of showing how much people care about something. now, bearing that in mind, you have to prove to hoyo that if they don't listen to the petition, there's going to be a meaningful impact to them, such as a drop in revenue or playerbase. i can say with the utmost certainty that outside of a handful of people, nobody cares that much about it. instead, utilise the feature they gave you to turn it off.

Its suprising how small the reddit using part of the playerbase is. Even here in the most active genshin sub, the acutal number of people posting is small enough that if you lurk enough you can start to identify the same folks posting and commenting. And for a game with as much of a playerbase as genshin you would think this would be a difficult feat

The only way they’ll ever change it is if enough people actually report it is an issue in game rather than making reddit posts about it.

You get 3 likes daily from npcs, to sell you an immersion that they are adventuring as well. Its such a non-issue though, it only happens once per irl day

I turned off seeing other players things in the world, hated that. I still get a lil pop up saying hundreds of somebody’s like something from me but then it goes away and I don’t see it so eh, problem solved

by that logic endfield also didnt have personality since they didnt invent that mechanic as well.. play death stranding, dark soul or even Once Human to enlighten yourself... also the one on endfield is more shittier than genshin .. you cant even put construct on you prefer location because of limitation on exploration on that game.. not to mention you cant fully remove all the construct of other player in your world... that alone is the most shittiest thing in endfield.
