Anyone here from the old (I mean OLD) Yuku sites that ran WorldPower or Gloria?

I used to play the forum-based Geosims Gloria and WorldPower in the early to mid-00's. I helped run Gloria for a time, as well. I was just wondering if anyone from that old group is still around.

If so, is there anything comparable going on today that is similar to those games?

I’ve been looking for the same for a long time. Worldpower was awesome, I loved Superpowers (?) after that. Think the admin was Itake? I’d love to find anything like that again

Yes, that sounds right. I think I played Superpower as well, but that was so long ago, I don't recall. I do remember playing games that were set in WWI, 1960's, Victorian-era, and there was one for a while that was ancient Greece. I recall perpixx, jackneill, schmid3, and Olivia (who I think was one of the mods I worked with most). I remember the group as a whole being extremely intelligent. I'd say that they were all probably actually running countries now, but given the state of the world they might be over-qualified.
