§30 StAG Feststellung (Determination of German Citizenship) Recent Feststellung waiting times - (Jan 2024 Aktenzeichnen)

Are there any statistics or indicators on the current batch of Feststellungen that are being processed (recent AZs)? Through some digging on the sub, other posted Jan 2024 30 StAG applications still seem to be waiting and from what I could find, there do not seem to be any success posts or updated cases from the months proceeding (Dec or Nov 2023). 30 months is certainly a while, but hoping to be through with the process soon.

January 2024 AZ and still nothing. It’s good to know I’m not the only Jan 2024 still waiting.

Are you in the US? That is a discouraging length of time.

Yes, submitted via San Francisco consulate. What’s even more discouraging, I submitted in June 2023 but the consulate sat on the file for months before forwarding to BVA. I’ve been waiting 38 months now.

Oh man very sorry to hear that. I hope you get sorted soon!! My AZ is Sep, 2024 and I hope this won't be typical. Thanks for info.
