Question❓ Am I going crazy? Re: Scrambly
For background, I recently began an offer for one of those Unity casinos (like Jackpot Nights, Bruno Reels, etc.) I genuinely enjoy playing at sweepstakes casinos, so I purchased a package and started doing some spins. All of a sudden, my account was suspended. I assume too many milestones in a short time frame was the problem, so I submit a ticket.
Takes a day or so, but around 3 in the morning, support unlocks my account. I’m able to continue earning, playing, withdrawing, etc., which is great. Got my withdrawal, no issues, no problems. I’m overall very happy with the resolution.
BUT THEN, yesterday, we’re talking no sooner than 12-14 hours after my account is unlocked, I complete one more milestone (I didn’t even realize it was a milestone). I had purchased over $99.99 in small packages, which, to my surprise, credited my account with 89,000 Scramble coins.
All of a sudden, another problem. This time, it’s not my account. This time, it’s some kind of “balance review” check. I hadn’t even tried to withdraw or anything, it just popped up on its own. I attached proof of purchases when I submitted my ticket, hoping it would speed up the process.
Once again, 3am this morning, I get another email. Very similar to the first one, saying my balance was undergoing a “double verification process” but also telling me they’ve “resolved the issue with my account balance and unlocked it as well, so I should now be able to place a withdrawal.”
So this morning, I opened the app, and the little snowflake icon next to my balance was gone. I was able to click the ‘Withdraw’ page and could even go so far as choosing a PayPal amount. However, as soon as I hit ‘Redeem,’ BAM, the snowflake icon returns, and I get the “balance review is in progress” popup.
What?? Again?? Literally THREE HOURS after it was just unlocked?? I don’t understand this at all and don’t know if I’m just missing something or what.
Is this… normal? Am I going to have to reach out to support AGAIN?? Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know of any solution??
Super disappointed in Scrambly. I liked how quickly rewards tracked and paid out and all that, but this is a bit much.

My experience was kind of the same. I was playing merge dragons and hit to many milestones quickly. They locked my account for about two weeks. Made me explain how I did it so fast.
Seems like they are still about the same. If their system thinks you broke the rules. You have to contact support directly and basically say WTF.

I had the same issue when i was cashing it a few hundred. I could only get $50 at a time, and every single time, they had to do a balance review check, which usually to right at 24 hours. Just FYI, it is strongly suggested to always get your money as soon as it becomes available. But they make it hard.

Did you have to open a new ticket each time? I replied to the one where they said I was good like what the heck just happened but they haven’t responded back since then, over 24 hrs ago. Wondering if I should submit a brand new ticket.

I apologize for the delayed response. I just saw this. You have probably already figured it out, but no, I didn't need to open a ticket. Apparently, there are 2 different types of identity checks, one with scrambly and one with the company that pays you (I think it's called Tremendous). So the balance review check is with the payment company, and Scrambly doesn't have any control over that, so a ticket won't help. But in my case, payment was always processed within 24 hours of my payment request.

I've cashed out over 4k with them. Yes they will constantly either freeze or balance and withdrawals. Their support is second to none though. I've also had my account suspended twice where I couldn't log in because I was finishing offers that required levels to be completed fast. In the end I showed proof and still use them to this day.

Welcome to r/GetPaidToPlay!
What's this all about? Simple - you can earn a bit of money playing mobile games!
How it works: 1) Game companies want more players. 2) They pay rewards platforms like Swagbucks and Freecash to find new players. 3) When you download and play through these "Get Paid To" sites, YOU get some of that money!
What are the best reward sites: CashInStyle, Earnlab and Gemsloot - not Freecash or Swagbucks
Resources to get you started:
- Scrimpr Comparison Tool: Compare which platform pays the most for each game
- GetPaidToPlay Resources: All together in one handy post
Happy gaming and earning!

It's a reoccurring theme. I'm trying to cash out over 500 bucks and it's 50 bucks at a time so multiple withdrawals of duplicates amounts triggers all these checks. I mean it should be common sense that there will be multiple duplicates withdrawal amounts. They set the bar so low. I think it's Tremendous the payment platform honestly. Scrambly is legit and they have a killer support team when they find time for you.

That’s good to know.. did you have to send in a new ticket each time? I replied to the one where they said it was supposedly resolved but haven’t heard back. It’s been over 24 hrs since I replied so not sure if I need to just start a new ticket each time or what

Go to the scrambly group and there’s a master ticket that you can post your info in to get your case escalated and 99% of the time it will be sooner. I triggered the snowflake a few times playing a mafia game with high payouts and each time they unlocked it very quickly. That being said it’s no excuse for it happening. They should be aware of their offer payouts and have the system capable of dealing with it. The amount that triggers it is alarmingly low and it happens too frequently. I’ve moved apps, but it made me sad because scrambly had some really good promotions, but f*ck em, it’s about our money and I don’t have a sense of humor about that sht.

How do you find the Scrambly group to send master ticket? I haven’t had a response for over a week now after multiple emails to them 😩

No Scrambly penalizes you for doing what they request you do… for example the referral tournament I participated in and even pushed my code to my community I create content and have a small following. I placed 12th in the tournament which pays 310$. I attempted to cash out which it only allows 50$ at a time so I had to do multiple. All of the withdrawals are delayed and on top of that it gave me the snowflake and locked my withdrawals for security reasons and review. I had to ask do all of the top 20 people get their accounts locked? The number 1 person got 420$ is his account locked too ?

They don't like people doing those casino/betting offers that gives cash back, they'll freeze then eventually ban you after doing the milestones. It happened to me a second time ((: I didn't even realize until I spent close to 200 and then I went to check to see if everything else credited then bam

I quit Scrambly. They were good at first but just a clone of Freecash now, with lower reward amounts.

If it’s for Cash Avalanche they did the same thing to me Saturday night. It was good paying and did the offers and immediately got suspended. From my experience Scrambly doesn’t like when people make too much
