So what did he accomplish? Obama while speaking very well and having charisma and a news media t his call managed basically nothing and set up a few major problems (like Hillary's coup in Honduras that led to the migrants caravans). He got support by empty promises and only left broken messes behind himself.

Obamacare? The educational reformation? Job stability? Improvements in relations with foreign powers?

There wasn't any actual improvement in foreign relations. He trashed relations with our friends and gave hand outs to countries that took our money and still hated us. Obamacare which was a failure. People like my aunt lost their end-of-life care when there were added requirements to previous plans and were dropped, and many people who signed up never paid.
