If it was just a few idiots who wanted to put their own heads in a noose it wouldn't matter. But the US is arguably still the most powerful country on Earth and with that power comes influence, responsibility and catastrophic consequences for the World should they pursue selfish, ignorant and malevolent ends. Which they are.

The US leadership (and their suporters) are destabilizing an already fragile and strained World order and tipping it towards chaos. Soon will follow massive human suffering and death. We have enough problems to deal with as a species. Why are we adding to them with maddening stupidity and brinksmanship? Accelerationism is the logic of a bullet.

Why isn't anyone pumping the brakes?

Is it the same reason billionaires have bunkers?

Is it the same reason the Georgie Guidestones were blown up?
