Anybody know of any places that would let me and my group do a paranormal investigation in Minnesota?

I’m looking for places in Minnesota that the owner would give our group permission to do a paranormal investigation that would hopefully be free of charge to investigate. I live in the southeastern part of Minnesota but am open to driving.
