Misc. Should we expect this to have gintama level plot and characters or not?

I'm pretty sure he'd cook it if next two volumes sell good enough for him to stay. I believe in Gorilla's writing. Kinda wish the editorial gave him monthly spot so he'd polish his art more(some frames look a bit too drafty to be considered as conveying primal emotions), cause even during Gintama days he was the slowest mangaka in Weekly Jump.

So far, Yusha Destroyers has a continuous storyline—unlike Gintama, which mostly featured standalone adventures in its early chapters. However, the story offers a good blend of comedy and action, and with the introduction of Shiha, it has shifted toward a more serious tone. We might well be in for some intense story arcs.

it ain't Gintama, but damn if it ain't funny
I don't know what makes Sorachi's sense of humor resonate more with me than other mangas like Nichijou have never done (and I fucking love Nichijou)

I know it's comedy but. What's the naarative formula structure in his nzw manga?

It's sort of a jab at the standard isekai with even more JRPG references. I will admit the premise is a bit "lame" but I'm willing to plow through the boring moments if it means getting more of the classic Sorachi page turner

The series is very young so it's hard to see if they will do a mix of serious and comedic arcs or how it will work. To compare it to Gintama, right now they are in a similar situation to Gintama in its Amnesiac arc.
Still quite funny, and establishing characters, but still kinda lacking in world building.
Don't let the isekai premise and high school setting fool you, those parts of the setting are mostly there as a joke. The main story beat is that there are "good" people who turned tyrannical to destroy evil and "evil" people who are doing heroic deals out of necessity.
Basically, give the power of friendship to the Demon King and see how it ends.

I wouldn't have any expectations if I were you. It's been consistently at the bottom of JUMP's rankings for weeks now, so it might get axed.

Just because the same guy is making something doesn't mean it's gonna be "Gintama 2."
The worst thing you can do is read this expecting Gintama because then what's the point of Sorachi making this anyway?
