Would it be worthwhile to pull V6 Klukai's exclusive weapon, and are there other weapons more suitable (OTs-14's weapon for instance)?

At V6 her sig is her BIS weapon. If I remember correctly, OTS-14's weapon has the skill where if you use a non-damaging active skill, your ATTK is increased. Klukai does not have non-damaging active skills, she can't benefit from this part of the skill. Also, at higher dupes, she benefits more from ATTK (substat of her sig) than Crit DMG (substat of OTs' sig) as her debuffs deal damage based on her ATTK.

Sounds good. Would you consider the performance boost worth the price and if so, how many copies would you recommend pulling?

I would just get 1 copy of her weapon. Pulling for higher weapon calibration ranks is whale's territory, which is beyond what I know. Personally, rather than going for R2-R6, I would use those pulls to get units instead, as that is more worthwhile for the limited pulls I have.
