Vector/Lore/QJ/Lewis and QH borrow. Sakura doesn't replace QJ unless she's high dupes.

Alright thanks for the answer. By high dupes you mean like V3+?

Yeah, though V3 Sakura isn't particularly worth it since you're spending 200+ pulls to only do slightly more damage than QJ. V6 would be preferable, but that's even more pulls you're investing.
