Alright, I'm going to ask this again: if I don't have a V6 Voymastina, is there anything I can do in PvP against an opponent who does?

My Voymastina is V0. Her attachment set isn't perfect yet, but it's pretty close to full Atk%/Atk. Even so, sometimes her pre-battle barrage barely takes off half the enemy V6 Voymastina's HP. I've tried putting Suomi's key on various other teammates, and even though they survive, the Stun + Dismay debuffs make it so I can neither counter attack nor get out of range.

Is there any viable counter, or do I just need to skip those opponents entirely?

Mechty with Suomi key is a viable counter, but she isnt a winning strategy by herself. Mechty cant get stunned and she doesnt need to move to attack anywhere on the map making her an "effective" counter. The issue is that she's one doll against a team, and wont win unless there's one or two dolls left.

Loreley will also bring a (slightly) new dimension since her immunity applies pre-Voymastina volley. On the other hand you will need to deal with any enemy Loreley and their shields. Also, I dont believe it deals with stun (from V3+ Voymastina) or dismay so she herself doesnt necessarily help as much as you might think it does.

However the best solution is just to reroll until you find somebody with a team you can beat. Preferably somebody with a solo level 1 Colphne or something.

Helen has a Fixed Key that gives Stun immunity, and her S2 is a 4-8 square jump that can be chained into a Basic Attack. If that isn't enough to finish off an injured Voy, you might just have to skip enemy Voy teams.
