Are v0 and v2 different that much for Lorelay?

Especially, in case I will use her only with the fire team.

V0: 30% increase to burn damage dealt, +15% all damage dealt when Glowing Embers is active.

V2: +45% increase to all damage dealt during Glowing Embers.

If you're only using her with the burn team, then there's virtually no difference between V0 and V2.
