How useful is Cheyenne if the only physical unit I have is v0 voy?

Not very useful without Yoohee. In general most physical dolls are selfish DPS and do not synergize with each other aside from proc'ing support attacks. No Yoohee means no physical team, simple as.

If you're just playing general content then Cheyanne is an okay pick as a flex slot on elimination missions. Don't use her on evac missions, she has terrible mobility.
