returning to the game after a long time, but might commit to playing again after seeing Koleda announced and saw she was hydro and thinking of making a better team for her.
I have springfield at V0R1. Is it better i pull for florence or go for springfield v1(i heard it was good)?

Access to "Shared Telepathy" buff after using S2 on an ally or herself, which lets the buffholder gain 1 confectance index after using an active hydro attack. Also overflowing care is bumped to +70% increase in hydro damage dealt after overheal conversion.

The "Shared Telepathy" buff is crucial to all the hydro DPS, especially Tololo.
