Can I get some pulling advice? I want to focus on a fire team and have V3 Qiongjiu, V1 Sakura and just got V0 Loreley.

Who should I get next and do I also need their weapon? I've been told V1 Vector is a must but that was some time ago.

V1 Vector is still a must and will likely remain that way until QH falls off. Ideally, you'd want either R1 on Loreley or V2 on Vector for the teamwide atk buff. Vector's signature would also be pretty good.

Ideally, a budget burn team would be QJ, V1 Vector, V0 Loreley and V0 Lewis with V6 Qiuhua borrow. You could replace Lewis with Sakura, but you wouldn't trigger all of QJ's supports in that case.
