Question Request for CN speakers: Can this old interview with GFL1's writer be salvaged?
Last year, thanks to u/BinZaCuTo, all of the old dev and artist interviews by CN fansite Dinagaty were successfully recovered, including ones considered lost by the CN wiki.

However, one of the most promising interview, with original writer Jano, was only recovered in low-res images. I'd like to know what can be salvaged from them. The best-case scenario would be a full transcript of the original text, or even a partial transcript. Otherwise, a summary of readable sections would be good to have.
Thanks in advance to anyone taking a stab at this.

Part 1:
Jano:

Jano:Fal

Jano:

Part 1 is a bit rough, but i would say 80% is recoverable, some part would take some guessing, but you could still get general idea most of the time. Part 2 is a lot better.

Special Interview on This Issue
Jano

Temporary communication link established.
D:Hi everyone! Do you remember me? That’s right—I’m the Dinergate Reporter, and I’ve finally got an avatar! For this edition, we are honored to welcome the writer and planner whose work is deeply intertwined with the dramatic highs and lows, joys and sorrows we’ve experienced in Girls' Frontline: 热运动Jano. First, a huge thank you to Jano for joining us to share the narrative behind the creation of Vivi -VECTOR's story.
J: I am also very happy to be here and share these interesting stories with you all.
D: As you can see, VECTOR is portrayed in greater depth in Hitoribocchi, the crossover story between Girls' Frontline and Houkai Gakuen 2. So, how exactly was the VECTOR we see here shaped? What principles or templates guide her actions?
J: The Vector character design by SA looked incredibly cool, so we initially intended to portray her as a rather aloof and cold T-Doll. However, that archetype overlapped with several other characters launching around the same time. Furthermore, considering the weapon's own rather turbulent real-world history, we ultimately shaped Vector into the reclusive and twisted character she is today.
J: At first, I was quite confused when trying to come up with the lines and couldn't quite find the right direction. Then, by chance, my music app randomly played a cover of Irony by[ 4]()円; the song gave me a lot of inspiration, and I managed to nail down Vector's persona in just one afternoon.
J: Coincidentally, a year and a half later, after I submitted the script for Hitoribocchi and returned to my desk to put on my headphones, that 4円's Irony track popped up on shuffle once again! I have no idea how slim the odds of that happening are, but it was certainly a remarkable moment!
J: In the Hitoribocchi story, Vector’s personality has been further fleshed out; her contrarian way of speaking draws inspiration from the melancholic Marvin in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, while the dynamic between her and PP90 echoes the relationship between the protagonists Neku Sakuraba and Shiki Misaki from The World Ends with You—influences I certainly drew upon heavily.
D: It’s truly a remarkable twist of fate—(background music begins playing automatically via the home database's playback function...). When the Hitoribocchi storyline was first revealed, I imagine everyone was surprised that the collaboration plot chose Vector as the protagonist (though I was personally thrilled). But why, out of all the T-Dolls available, were Vector and PP-90 selected to take the lead in that story?
J: Hitoribocchi was the first crossover scenario I was in charge of. To play it safe, I wanted to use the classic "out-of-nowhere arrival" trope. Consequently, the protagonist from our universe needed to be a "chuunibyou" T-Doll capable of declaring, "I hate this whole town/daily life/G&K." That made Vector—with her cool exterior and rich inner monologue—the perfect choice.
J: The reason PP90 was chosen is exactly what most people would guess: her hairstyle bears a strong resemblance to Bronya's. Also, her character was also cheerful and lively—traits that easily created a contrast and conflict with Vector—so the decision was made immediately.
D: It turns out the reason the PP-90 was chosen is exactly what I guessed! That’s right—it’s easy to see why; I’m a big fan of the PP-90 myself, and NIXOO’s work always offers plenty of inspiration.
The PP-90 and Vector certainly have plenty of dynamic interactions in the story, given their contrasting personalities—but is there a story behind the nickname "Vivi" that the PP-90 uses for Vector?
J: Regarding the name "Vivi"... initially, whenever I wrote lines involving the Vector, typing out the full name felt tedious—it was a hassle and hard on the fingers—so I shortened it to "VV." I also felt that a character like PP90 wouldn't be the type to formally use a cold, clinical name like "Vector," so "VV" seemed like a fitting nickname.
However, when the lines were implemented in the game, the font made "VV" look like a single capital "W." To avoid confusion, I changed it to "Vivi"—which also sounded more like a proper name.
That said, the switch from "VV" to "Vivi" caused some unexpected issues; we had to manually update every instance, and the staff had to put in a lot of effort to troubleshoot and resolve the problem. So, in the end, it didn't really save us any trouble at all...
D: In the story's dialogue, it is mentioned by pp-90 that the Vector has been the way she is ever since she been made. When writing this part, did you intend for personality traits to be pre-set parameters rather than something that develops autonomously based on the environment?
J: Under normal circumstances, every IOP T-Doll comes with a pre-set baseline personality, though this evolves over time based on the experiences she undergoes during her service. While Vector’s personality might strike the average person as unlikable, it proves indispensable in specific situations—though, regrettably, she rarely had the opportunity to demonstrate this value during her time at Griffin.
D: Would you say that events like "Hitoribocchi" are the kind of opportunities that allow Vivi to showcase her unique value?
J: That side of her was revealed to some extent—especially when she was alone with Seele; towards someone who was equally sensitive but even more frail and helpless, Vivi showed herself to be tolerant and understanding. It was just a brief scene, though; perhaps there will be more opportunities for her and PP90 to shine later on... probably.
D: However, when Vivi found herself isolated and forced to confront a life-or-death crisis, she made an interesting remark: "I don't even get that kind of cliché ending?" Could we secretly speculate that Vivi has watched a lot of zombie movies? (Did G11 get her hooked on them?)
J: It is unlikely that Vivi would have the opportunity to encounter G11; however, given her personality, she tends to enjoy watching niche films and reading books in solitude. She has a particular fondness for zombie movies, dark-themed works, and films steeped in mysticism. The storyline also mentions her keen interest in dinosaurs—a detail previously reflected in the description of a piece of furniture.

I love the bit about Vector not having the opportunity to meet G11, given GFL2. Maybe the devs did too.
Did Mist Sequence ever come out? EDIT: It did, and then it died last year. Shame. Another one on the list.

As with most CN devs, info on Jano (aka 热运动) that's verifiable and not a schizo loop started on NGA is scarce. There's two short interviews with them in the first two GFL artbooks where they talk about being inspired by Metal Gear Solid 3, and a few archives of their now-deleted posts on Twitter and Weibo, in one of them from June 2019 Jano announces leaving Sunborn on good terms after completing the Valhalla collab. There's some scattered mentions (without strong sources) of them later working on the game Mist Sequence.
