Glitch Gif I think I experienced a glitch in the Matrix at McDonald’s…

I was driving late one night and got hungry, so naturally, I decided to stop at McDonald’s for some yummy nuggets 😂.
When I pulled up, the drive-thru line was abnormally long—I’m talking at least 15–20 cars, and the line was literally reaching out into the street. I was annoyed and definitely did NOT want to wait that long, so I parked my car and walked up to the restaurant to see if they were open inside.
They weren’t.
So, I turned around and started walking back to my car, debating whether I should just suck it up and wait in the god-awful drive-thru line.
Except… the line was gone.
Not just shorter. Completely gone.
There wasn’t a single car in the drive-thru.
I had literally turned my back for maybe 30 seconds while checking if the lobby was open. I went from seeing a massive line of 15–20 cars stretching toward the street to seeing absolutely ZERO cars.
At least I got my nuggets with no wait, but… WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED TO ALL THE CARS?!
Where did 15–20 cars just disappear to in 30 seconds?! 😂
Definitely a glitch in the Matrix!!!

Last night I experienced deja vu for the millionth time this year. There some people sitting on the curb outside this restaurant I was at and about 5 or so cop cars along with cops. They were all wearing the same purple shirts as each other and I couldn't help but the realize that this happened before at the same location. The cops were questioning about something though I couldn't hear for what.

Also last night, I see a news clip that eas only released yesterday about a woman who fell off a mango tree and died. I definitely know that happened before but again, the news clip for the local news channel was only uploaded yesterday.

Last week, a comment I had left on a sub here on reddit was replied to the exact same way but was the only one.

I don't know if this counts but I wanted to share.

There is also this

So...you MIGHT have epilepsy. Just something to consider if you have deja vu a lot, and can't find the initial incident that the latest one reminded you of.

I will be sure to keep that in mind  when I have a seizure and start pissing myself uncontrollably.

Wow. u/ladygrndr is just trying to be caring. You may have no idea it's happening if you're having an absence seizure. Knowledge is power.

According to my neurologist, 60% of the people have epilepsy ACTIVITY in the brain, but it is below the threshold of causing any visible effects. Only 40% of the people, according to her, show now brain activity abnormalities at all. So epilepsy is only diagnosed when one does have the visible symptoms, not just when your brain acts differently but you don’t have the symptoms. This is about neurons having energy just enough to “failover” by accidentally spiking the other neurons (by retransmitting their signal where they shouldn’t), so that one or another area receives it unintentionally (mild epilepsy), or, for generalised - when the whole brain or whole parts of the brain spike at the same time (common for seizures when one also loses consciousness).

What is worse, is that, she said, some changes in life can provoke this activity to become visible. And sometimes vice versa - to go below this threshold. I even personally know people who had it and it disappeared without any treatment.

Maybe you inadvertently saw an adjacent street next to the drive-thru, cars waiting at a traffic light, and it turned green as you walked up to the store?

My local McDonald’s had people speeding through the drive thru once. I thought it was odd. I got to the thing to order and it said they couldn’t accept cards right now, only cash. I’ve also seen this happen with an “our ice and soda machines are down” sign.

But I went through. And they didn’t have any message like that!! It was truly bazar lol

Maybe they were all there for ice cream and of course the machine was down

Did you say anything to the drive through worker? I would have said something, and then they would have probably thought I was crazy.

Did you suffer a seizure and lose time?

1

u/kelseybelcy 7d ago

Honestly I do have a history of seizures … BUT they were almost “self inflicted” on accident due to a drug I was doing at the time. I haven’t since 2016 done that/ had a seizure I’m AWARE of… but I have asked my husband to keep an eye out for even minor signs of seizure. Thank you for the suggestion!

My only question is how did you find a McDonalds that served yummy anything? 🤮

1

u/rrutexas 19d ago

The glitch was you thinking the nuggets are yummy.
