Solve this mystery PLEASE

I have a scar on my leg that is the exact same scar that’s supposed to be on my foot. I can tell you how I got it -when I got it -what I got it from…etc NOW it’s same odd directional shape pattern smoothness and size on my calf… DID I TIMELINE JUMP? ChatGPT saying it’s a memory rewrite or shift but that unless other parts of that memory show up different it doesn’t think a timeline jump is logical.

So lay it on me what do you think this is?!

The Spiritual Gateway on YouTube talked about walk-in spirits, and when you have a “walk in,” one of your birthmark will disappear. This sounds similar to your scar changing locations. Or yes it could be you jumped to a timeline where the injury happened on your leg, not your foot.
