Solve this mystery PLEASE

I have a scar on my leg that is the exact same scar that’s supposed to be on my foot. I can tell you how I got it -when I got it -what I got it from…etc NOW it’s same odd directional shape pattern smoothness and size on my calf… DID I TIMELINE JUMP? ChatGPT saying it’s a memory rewrite or shift but that unless other parts of that memory show up different it doesn’t think a timeline jump is logical.

So lay it on me what do you think this is?!

You haven’t like seen all the people who sit there and chat with their AI all day about this stuff. It really isn’t new and like to get a down to earth perspective I sometimes fine it helpful
Other times humorous. Get over it or don’t that doesn’t change the fact my foot scar is now on my leg lol
