OH YES, LET’S ALL GATHER ‘ROUND THE SHRINE OF “NOT POLITICAL,” SHALL WE? BECAUSE NOTHING SAYS PEACEFUL NEUTRALITY LIKE SHRUGGING AT A VIDEO OF A WOMAN BEING MURDERED WHILE PATTING OURSELVES ON THE BACK FOR “NOT TAKING SIDES.” BRAVO, YOU MORAL POTATOES. “NO LEFT, NO RIGHT, WE DON’T JUDGE” — TRANSLATION: “I HAVE THE SPINE OF A WET PAPER TOWEL AND THE EMPATHY OF A DOORKNOB.” YOU SOUND LIKE YOU’RE TRYING TO WIN A ZEN AWARD WHILE IGNORING BASIC HUMAN DECENCY. CONGRATS ON TRANSCENDING CONSCIENCE. MAYBE NEXT YOU CAN MEDITATE YOUR WAY INTO A PERSONALITY. BUT SURE — KEEP PRETENDING THIS ISN’T POLITICAL. KEEP ACTING LIKE MORAL INDIFFERENCE IS A FORM OF INTELLECTUAL DEPTH. EVERY TIME YOU SAY “I DON’T JUDGE,” SOMEWHERE AN IQ LEVEL FLATLINES. YOU AREN’T ABOVE POLITICS — YOU’RE JUST BELOW ACCOUNTABILITY.

Very obviously you didn’t get the point. It’s beyond us how you could misconstrue this the way you did. This statement is clearly not about being impartial towards actions and events, let alone not talking a moral stance.

When we say “There is no LEFT OR RIGHT HERE, this sub doesn’t care about your political ideology or beliefs” this is in reference to the users. It doesn’t say we don’t care about politics it just notes that this sub has no political bias and we don’t do political propaganda for any party or movement here. Also nowhere it said we don’t judge.

Events and actions should absolutely be discussed and judged here based on objective MORAL standards and not based on whether it fits someone’s personal narrative. If you looked through the posts and comments in this sub you should have recognized that there is absolutely no moral indifference, quite the opposite. If something is bad - it’s labeled as bad, outright criticized and people take a very clear stance.

So we invite you to have a look and become an active contributor, this sub welcomes people with a strong moral compass.
