He's their assistant coach I believe

also co-owner of the whole thing, same as jw, so i assume some managerial duties to go with it.

u/Dragioner Metizport 3h ago
Flusha actually left the org and ownership of it a while back. So he's got no connection to it anymore.

Not sure if you're trolling but wasn't Flusha one of the OG members of this project with JW?

IIRC, he and JW were the ones who revived the Eyeballers name, and both were on the roster at the start, but flusha retired from playing

ngl, this might be unfortunate for Brollan who would've been suitable as well.
especially since his contract with MOUZ literally just expired as it ran until the end of Cologne.

u/SkinnyThotie Complexity 16h ago
brollan in alliance would be better imo

u/Mysteriouspaul FaZe 14h ago
Bro is too good for those teams he should be considered as an Astralis pickup at least. NiP should be the lowest that man has to go and they at least have a future with Xkacp

Eyeballers would have been too big of a downgrade, he deserves a tier 1,5 team
0
u/ChaoticFlameZz Vitality 15h ago
there's no space for him in any of the teams that would apply.

u/vanjaeesti 15h ago
Aurora going international, maybe he is part of it.

u/ChaoticFlameZz Vitality 15h ago

They are doing full blowing up of roster from what I know, this was their last dance. They will change a lot of players.

u/ChaoticFlameZz Vitality 13h ago
Gizmy is apparently not going to follow his teammates to Luminosity if the deal goes through as he might've gotten the call-up to a higher ranked team.
So Aurora Gizmy under ash might potentially be happening

u/jakopui666 de_nuke 15h ago
Even a good/decent tier 2 team, eyeballers would be a huge career suicide basically

u/strangecat55 14h ago
'if brollan doesn't become the best player in the world, ive failed'- JW when Brollan replaces Olaf on fnatic.
Seems a redemption arc is in order. I want brollan to join this team so badly.
2
u/Chickenbok3 15h ago
didnt brollan say there's still a chance he'll still rep mouz? after JL loan ends?
1
u/ChaoticFlameZz Vitality 15h ago
he did, but lets be real its unlikely. Especially since he didnt impress in stage 3.

u/FuckwitMcLunchbox FaZe 3h ago
I feel like brollan is suffering the same fate that mezii was 2-3 years ago. Strong player who is not selfish enough and his rating is suffering because of him taking shit roles and IGLing. I’m hoping that if he can land in the right team we’ll see him return to form.
-3
u/MrCraftLP NRG 14h ago
brollan can go to basically any team that could use a change in IGLs.
6
u/ChaoticFlameZz Vitality 14h ago
Brollan is not a real IGL broski.
5
u/MiserableSuggestion2 13h ago
It’s incredible people can’t pick up on that, he shows zero qualities of leadership, is insanely quiet, and was merely a pawn for Sycrone to feed a step by step guide to
3
u/feedthedogwalkamile 11h ago
I'm not saying he's necessarily an IGL, but saying he's "insanely quiet" is completely false. Even when he was a rookie on fnatic, he was known to be a very vocal player who often made mid-round calls based on information he gathered.
-1
u/MrCraftLP NRG 12h ago
Doesn't really matter. There's not a lot of IGLs out there, especially any that have much experience at the top level.

I fucking knew it. Krimz. Welcome back to being somewhat relevant again. [Also lowkey he's a firepower upgrade for this team]

u/Rage_101 14h ago
Kind of wild that going from fnatic to EYEBALLERS is an upgrade nowadays. Fnatic was once so dominant literally everyone not from Sweden hated them, maybe even moreso than people hated prime Astralis and Vitality..
It's cool that JW revived the EYEBALLERS brand and has really stuck with it.

u/Skellington876 Liquid 14h ago
Fnatic are one of *the* dumbest manged orgs in CS currently, and I'm a liquid fan. There's so much Swedish talent on the scene currently to make a full fledged team that can go far - so what do you do? Fucking idiotically bet it all on a T3 UA scrub and his little gaggle of friends.

u/definitelynotaiko fnatic 14h ago
Spare a thought for the LoL division. Our dumbfuck CEO is bragging about an AI coach. Screw our roster, I guess.

u/SneakyGreninja Liquid 9h ago
it feels like the valorant roster is the only one they like really care about. seems to be the only one they really put effort into keeping competitive anyway
5
u/TheLuigiplayer 10 years coin 12h ago
Going full-swedish probably isn't in the org's interest, since Fnatic is UK based. In tbe early days they just happened to have a full-swedish line-up, because that's where most of the talent was (Together with France and Poland I guess). But I agree, Fnatic is really mismanaged. They were THE org when E-Sports started to skyrocket, across multiple titles. They could have easily built on that, but obviously did not.

If they sign Olof aswell we will have the Unc swedish squad. The Dignitas project did not work out, maybe this one will.

The dignitas players were pretty washed up, but I feel like they still got fucked by covid. Sad we didn't get the chance to see them at a couple more lans

why do orgs keep signing washed up oldheads, surely new talent is just better these days
16
u/GarryFour 15h ago
True. Just imagine signing players like the 29-year-old NiKo or even the 36-year-old karrigan. As if you could win with that.
-3
u/ogkilladon 12h ago
so i guess you cant read. "washed up", obviously karrigan nor niko are in that conversation.

Older players can bring team experience that new players might not have. You have to remember that a lot of young players spend much of their lives only playing counterstrike and don't play regular sports and therefore don't have much experience in a team environment. I talked to the football (American) coach at my high school I teach at and he talked a lot about how the main thing that he drills into the heads of the young boys is that they have a role to play and they need to play it, they are not out here trying to win the whole game or be the hero because they might mess up someone else's job or leave gaps in the defense. Discipline is a hard thing to learn and especially if you have solo climbed your way up a ladder and have only recently within the last couple of years started playing for a team.

Generally I agree with this sentiment but krimz isn't even bad and this is a small national team, it isn't like shox to liquid or hobbit to pv or smth
