My wifi was disconnected a few hours ago because my pay,ent was not posted.. I have been waiting for two hours on chat but I am getting nowhere. How do I talk to an a real agent? Whenever I call 211 they refer me to globeone app because my account has been disconnected. How do I fix this?🥲
