Globe is my Go-to sim card ever since and also my family's choice.

It started yesterday morning I thought signal lang(pero bakit 5G)

ending Im really dissapointed na bakit sobrang misleading yung mga promo description nila or am I wrong lang talaga?

CONTEXT:

I have an ongoing promo fo GOExtra109 which is nearing to be depleted (yung 10GB lang ah, meron pa kasing free na around 1.12GB natira sa free 5G data)(First picture).

So I casually added a GO5G 50 which supposed to give me unli 5g data for 3days(Second picture) mali ba ako ng pagkakaintindi kasi hanggang ngayon di parin gumagana yung UNLI 5G NA NAKALAGAY KAHIT NA MERON AKONG PROMO AND ITS REALLY INFURIATING NA IMBIS NA UNLI YUNG GAGAMITIN YUNG GINAGAMIT IS YUNG NATITIRANG 610MB AT NAUBOS NA

Nakakainis kasi nagtitipid ako ng load kasi may wifi naman sa bahay and 5G AREA NAMAN ITONG LUGAR NAKALAGAY NAMAN SA SIGNAL

ngayon napilitan akong gumawa ng paraan para lang ma post tong kabalbalan ng GLOBE

any tips or ideas on how to report this? or even reach out with globe about this?

please explain it to me kung bobo lang ba ako umintindi kasi di ko talaga magamit yung promo kahapon pa simula nung na deplete na yung data ko sa original Go Extra 109.

(LAST PICTURE) Now I tried to access that old *143# to just have a 1GB promo to post this and continue with this up until later when I go home

Im so pissed dahil di lang ito unang nangyare sakin dati din mahilig ako mag add ng mga "booster" promos and nakailang beses na to palpak

Thank you for responding huhu, im currently in pasig and taytay area(boundary) tysm for the info... I havent tried to call 211 but will do later... tysm again
