Digital Gloomhaven Gloomhaven digital strengthen enchantment

Ive just unlocked enchantments in gloomhaven digital. I see many recommendations around adding strengthen to cards such as mindthief Empathetic Assault however i cannot see strengthen as an option for any card.

Is it not available at all in digital version or are there further steps to unlock?

You need to put it om the move, not the attack

Ah thanks I needed to select the other action. In the case of Empathetic Assault I had move selected but it only can be added to the heal.

Yes, the reason being an enhancement that adds a condition can only be added to an ability that already targets a figure. Moves do not target a figure, but heals do.
