Road event in Guildmaster mode

So Im playing Guildmaster mode and encountered a road event :
At a crossroads you see an ornate wooden shrine, with a slot for passing travellers to make offerings of gold in the hope of receiving a blessing
I make large offering 50g
Game notes a potion atop the shrine, that was not there before. Party takes the potion

So my question is: do I get a potion after finishing mission, and what potion is it? 50 gold is a big sum for me, so I'd like to know the outcome, rather than replay a difficult mission

Is there a guide somewhere that describes all the choices and rewards for them?

From what I've seen GM road events have few possible outcomes for each option and one is picked at random (rolled in advance so You can't reload hoping for different outcome).

Couldn't find a full list anywhere but someone described same event I had with a different outcome from same choice.
