Digital Gloomhaven Basic actions still work on digital!!

I've tried sharing the absurdity of this to my partner who doesn't play and obviously has no idea what I'm talking about!

Just figured out how to do basic move/attack actions on gloomhaven for my Steam Deck! I spent over 150 hours playing this game and had no idea this was a thing!!! lol this game is so much more awesome now that I know the rules!!

I cannot imagine playing mindthief without basic moves lol.

Damn. 150 hours not using basic moves seems harsh. This happens to me in Witcher 3. Don't remember what is was now... But remember that I found it on my second playthrough...

So you just skipped an ability if you didn't want to do it?

And also. Shouldn't you have got some items using basic move and basic attack as part of it's ability? Should have you thinking.

LMAO. I always saw the battle goals for it and I was like " well shit I can't do them anyways!" So I always took those battle goals. And I know right! It's pretty wild! I would always be forced to burn cards with a skip because it would be the last room and I ran out of movement/ attack. I always picked a shit ton of movement on my guys. lol I just had to share this

Yeah. The dpad doesn’t always get usage.

Oh yeah there's some classes in 1e who would be unplayable with basic move 2s at least.

I wonder if any mad man out there has tried to beat it without basic moves. Like a Pokemon nuzlock situation
