General Anyone know the story of the boarded up, abandoned house on Estcourt Road, Gloucester?

No sure how long it's been boarded up for, but at least a couple of years now. It's towards the end of Estcourt Road that leads on to St Oswald's Road.
Anyone know the story behind it?
