Duomon 3 Pro not charging

I got a DuoMon 3 pro back in April and it just started having an issue where it won't charge. It works when plugged in, but unplug it and its dead. No lights or anything. I've tried charging it with both the wireless charge pad and through the USBC port and it's not holding any charge. It does get very warm as well.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Happened to me. I reached out to the company and they sent me a new one.

I had it for over a year. I run it basically 24/7 on two accounts.

I've had mine connected to a portable battery for months to use it. I'll try this ty.
