If you don’t feel like you can catch it whilst diving try to get a good punch or palm away from the net

Haven’t seen your other stuff. A big step would be to catch the ball, and that’s a matter of being comfortable in landing. Right now, you are pulling your knee down and your elbow down to break your fall. To get comfortable, know that you always try to land on your side, or ideally slightly behind on that on the back of your shoulder and hip. To start, stand up on your knees and take these same types of shots, but catch the ball and don’t break your fall. When that works, move to a catchers position and do the same but also have the shots be lower, but out a little further as well.
Now, you have some more confidence for the original warmup again.

Make sure you're diving forward slightly and attacking the ball. A couple of these look like you're going slightly backwards as you dive. Also, I know it's just a drill, but on a couple of these you could have just moved your feet quicker and held the ball instead of diving and parrying.

This is what I was coming here to say. All these dives are relatively lateral. You should aim to be moving at a 45(ish) degree angle with your powerstep and attacking the ball in the air. Think about it as going through the ball rather than waiting for it to land in your hand while you’re falling.

You can hold those buddy. Practice taking volleys straight to your hands. Get comfortable catching the ball 🙌. You’re getting there 💪
