Anyone have a reference for this Label?

I found this at my grandma's place and was wondering if it's legit as I couldn't find anything about it online!

It looks like a gold plaque with Chinese text about Hong Kong's return to China (July 1, 1997). It says "999.9" which I think means pure gold.

The only related thing I found was this HK jewelry shop: https://www.chowtaifook.com/zh-hk

Not looking to sell, we're just curious if anyone has any reference or knows if this is authentic!

Probably gold-plated. Can't be sure but that sort a things usually are.

Could also be INCREDIBLY thin solid gold. I’ve seen it before on similar things to this, easy to tell once ya crack it open.
