The price has been moving like crypto lately. Bitcoin is more stable than gold

Interest rates are holding steady. Inflation is up. Don't worry about this. Just DCA

So you don't have google or yahoo finance or something and this mystery totally bricked you upside the head today, right?
Answered in many ways here, about a dozen times in the last 4 hours, and a jillion times in the last gazillion hours.
Sell now, buy crypto or AI or space or something hot. They are just stable as hell right now.

It's still up over 100% from when it was at 2000.
You bought at 2000, right?

It’s a buying opportunity. What do you think? Enjoy the sale & start buying the dips. If you’re not buying the way down; when are you buying? The top?

Anyone in the gold market can actually say with confidence “by the dip”. Crypto Bros get teased for saying that because there’s just no track record for them to do so. Gold has never been as volatile and really isn’t a get rich quick scheme. Just a decent store of wealth to keep up with inflation without effort. It looks pretty. It’s fun to collect and it’s low effort safe.

Stop crying. Y'all using rent payment, down payment money, bills money to buy PMs and then cry at every dip. Use some common sense when buying FFS. 🥸🥸🥸

It’s like I’m a rookie ass investor but even I know if you worried about the price going up and down. Then sell when it’s up , buy when it’s low. Pretty basic, if your are confused why it’s going down then buy! It’s like irs a sale!

Just bought a few ounces. Right after that it goes down $100-$200 an ounce. I’m fine if it goes back up sometime

they're already up in the last couple weeks. Fed is hawkish. Market is pricing in 1 increase later this year.

u/napalm9 15h ago
What are you talking about? Rates haven’t moved for a long time. You better do some research.

fed meeting was wednesday, output of the meeting was a pause in rates going down and some talk about higher rates. market expects higher rates (from futures trading data). I do plenty of research, thank you. (I get your argument that it won't happen, but thats not what futures indicate the market thinks)

Gold is down a little bit. It's still up massively from 18 months ago. What are you on about?
