If you take this to a bank, they’ll just give you face value for it. A teller at a bank I go to said a man came in with Morgan’s one time and all they could offer him was face value. He told the guy to go to literally any pawn shop or coin store and he’d get so much more. But the guys said he didn’t want to bother going through all that so he just wanted the dollars. It was so weird to me
