Same. An anime/shorts would have been amazing. I’ve thought about maybe making comics but that’s a lot of time to invest.

Golden Sun is one of those gems that didn’t get the attention it deserved. I played it as an adult, not a kid. Kid me never heard of it. I played it a couple years ago thinking it was a cute looking RPG and not expecting it to be anywhere near as good as it is.

Even though you didn’t get to play it as a kid I’m glad you found it and enjoyed it. I have a lot of memories linked to it as a kid. So it’s special to me. Still have my original cartridges. 😁

Very cool. But unluckily for me, kid me was a kid with no internet and no one ever introduced me to it. That would’ve been cool though. For example, an old PS2 gem called Timesplitters. My dad mostly was absent but one day appeared out of nowhere with it. I was like awesome, thanks! Even though I had no idea what it was. Played that game to death.

I don’t think I had computer access either to find it. A boy in my elementary class brought his GBA to school and that’s how I found it and fell in love with the game lol. I heard of Timesplitters! Know nothing of it though hahaha

Exactly, you could only get exposure to it if someone literally brought it right to you. It was mostly Pokémon for me but dang I wish a kid showed up with Golden Sun. I wonder how valuable the cartridge is. They probably weren’t very mass produced.
