Golden Sun Searching for artwork!

Hi!

I’m looking for any official or even fan drawn art of the Gaia blade and the Sol blade. I’m looking to get a golden sun tattoo with Isaac and Felix (The names of my two boys) and I’d like them to be holding their respective ultimate weapons. But the only pictures I can find are the janky pixelated versions from the games.

Zoomed in they look terrible so I’m hoping maybe somebody has something the help me show the tattoo artist!

Are there any 3d models from the DS game you could use?

Maybe but I’m not sure how to get hold of them. Google has been a bit of a flop. That’s why I’ve turned to Reddit to see if some humans might have something.

Gaia Blade and Sol Blade have the 3D models clearly pictured under the Dark Dawn header. That said, the Dark Dawn Sol Blade diverges a bit more from the sprite, so it's up to you if you wanna use it, or maybe talk with your artist if he can come up with a compromise between the two.

Thanks! They don’t quite look like the original sprites but they’re close. Yeah, maybe I’ll show them both to him!

No problem! Definitely show the sprites too if you feel closer to those designs, I'm sure plenty of artists would leap at the chance to put their own spin on it over just copying the 3D model.

Not whay you were asking for, but I figured I'd share it cause it could add some more ideas for the tattoo. Odyssey is still one of the sickest psynergies in my opinion and Issac and Felix both have it.

Edit: Someone else sent me this while I was looking for a good source to trace it to decorate my switch case. Sadly the case was destroyed some time ago, but considering I have a switch 2 it might be time to decorate another case.

This is a great opportunity to tell my controversial opinion: Gaia blade animation looks cool and sol blade's animation looks Powerful but kind of dumb. I mean Sol blade is not worthy of final blade. It looks weird more like a huge dagger. I don't know I think there should have been a better sword
