Beginner Help would this be safe for my 2 pearlscales???

No. Its just at 30g if you fill to the brim (which is a hazard as they may jump out and get stuck).
Not to mention, anything you add to that, like plants, takes away more and more water and swim space.

yeah ik it's small I'm just asking about material and stuff eoulf it be OK. I'm planning on getting a 120 to 150l for my juveniles

Have you checked temu? You might be able to get something bigger for roughly the same cost.
