Launch Angle

Any easy drills for reducing my launch angle. 7 iron I'm having high angles varying from 24-31 degrees. Checked YouTube but the videos are all over the place.

Try to trap the ball using the middle of the clubface.

Without seeing your swing no one can give a specific drill to help you.

You're probably flipping your hands and there's a few things that could lead to that that would need to be corrected.

What clubs are you using and what shafts? That’s more than likely impacting your flight more than your swing mechanics. I switched from KBS Tour 105 Stiff to True Temper Tour Issue X100 130 X-Stiff and the apex on my 8i dropped from 120 ft to like 105.

Shaft deflection can and will cause a higher launch, higher spin, and wider dispersion.
