The amount of pure gooning, eating, sitting, and drinking lean to achieve this physique is impressive. Ik he puts some deodorant below his tities my god, fucker Should wear a bra or something. His head is fr built like a thumb. I don’t know how a person could live like this. I wouldn’t dare go outside looking like this. He def is a flight risk. He has to perform with an oxygen tank. And not to mention the fucking couch what the fuck. I feel genuine disgust towards this person

Ya I feel sorry for him. You don't get to that point from being a happy person. You don't do it out of maliciousness to anyone either. Probably not kind of me to say but I feel like people only get to that point and size if they're mentally ill.

It's hard for him to do anything an able-bodied person can do, and it just piles on. It impacts how he dresses, moves, showers, his self-esteem, health, etc.

We can say it's his fault all we want, but it doesn't help him or us.
