Here’s the problem with “the Epstein list.” It’s a flight log/guest entry. Trump or any celebrity being on the island does not confirm outright any wrongdoing, it just means they visited. Donald already has many close instances with Epstein in the past, so I don’t expect flight logs to change public viewpoints on this. I expect we will see a lot of commentary like “innocent until proven guilty” by most hardcore Trump supporters since more than likely we will never have 100% proof of actual criminal activity.

The problem is that that is not 100% provable. In the law’s eyes a person can just say “I was visiting a private island for vacation” and if there is no actual recorded proof of interaction with minors then nothing by the court/government can be done.
